Earl and Frances De Villers (deceased) and the 4 children in the duplex with the wagon wheels and wishing well. We have fond memories of those times. You were a wonderful mayor. My condolences to Mike’s family. Mike was very friendly with UWGB students and helped with the business club I was with when he was mayor. We had a nice chat and a drink over us being cousins and also with the DA. God be with you in your time of grief.❤
