Not sure what to say?

My sister, Molly, and I just want to express our condolences. Our dad, Tom, always spoke very fondly of Mike (Monty) and you, Kathy. We so appreciated your love and support when we lost our dad 5 years ago. We are thinking of you and your family and sending love.

I am so sorry to hear about Mr.Montague’s passing. I remember him vividly and will always be thankful for his dedication and time he spent coaching at St. Gabriel‘s. He was an amazing father, coach and teacher.
Sending prayers and condolences from Chico, Ca.

Kathy, Leah, Megan and Kelly, I send my condolences to the entire Montague family. Monty was an inspiration to so many as exemplified in his beautiful obituary. He was a genuine Riordan guy who always did the right thing. Humble and a great listener, Monty was a person who always helped others and was certainly always a gentleman. Think of the thousands of students and athletes who benefited from his gentle instructive touch and all of the organizations that enjoyed his volunteering...

Mike always made me pushed harder in cycling class at the Stonestown YMCA to try to keep up with him. He may not have known I had an eye on him. Kathy my sincere condolences to you and your whole family.

One of the nicest guys I ever had the pleasure of knowing. He helped me out in so many ways which I'll never forget, and always will be thankful. Much love, respect, and admiration for Monte.
My sincere condolences to his family.

Mike helped me coach basketball at El Camino High school where we both taught social studies. He was a great coach and teacher. He was also one of the finest human beings I have ever none. He will be missed by many but always in our hearts and minds. My sincerest condolences to Mike’s beloved wife, Kathy, his loving children and the whole family.

Mike helped me coach basketball at El Camino High School and was a huge reason for the success of our 1988 team, one of the finest ever produced at El Camino. He was also a great friend and one of the finest people I have ever none. He will be missed by the many whose lives he touched. My sincerest condolences to Kathy and the whole family. He will never be forgotten and forever in our hearts and minds.

I worked with Mike at the Stern Grove concerts being myself a city gardener. Also saw Mike at mass at St. Gabriels. He was a good family man and all around nice guy. Being around him and some of the other directors you just could see other guys admired him for the kind of person he was. Was sad to hear of his passing. He lived a good life and I am sure will receive his reward in Heaven.
