Not sure what to say?

Mike Monti was a wonderful person and leader. He gave to the community and to the business world. We will always have fond memories of Mike. We always enjoyed his sense of humor, his friendliness and sense of business. Our condolences to the Monti family.

It was with great sadness that we learned of Mike's death. Both of us have very fond memories of our time at Fram and of Mike. Our deepest sympathies to the Monti family.

I will be forever grateful for the caring and compassion Mr. Monti showed during my husband Ken's illness. He was a great leader who always had time to listen to those of us on the front line. My sincerest sympathy to Mrs. Monti and family.

Mike left a many faceted legacy. He led a great company, he fathered a great family, he gave back to his industry and the community, and he was blessed with many friends. He had vision, he led with enthusiasm, and he instilled a sense of loyalty and passion in all of us. He truly left things better than he found them. I for one am better because I knew and worked for Mike Monti. To his family, thank you for sharing Mike with us. We, like you, will miss him.

Everyone at MEMA joins me in sending our condolences to Mike's family. Mike was an active member of MEMA's board of directors and contributed greatly to his company and industry. We will miss him.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Mike's family. Mike was a true leader in all facets of business and life. His passion for his people and organization will long be remembered

"A person never really dies as long as there is someone left to remember, and when there's no one left to remember, it doesn't matter anymore." The legacy of Mr. Monti and what he stood for will never be forgotten. Deepest condolences to the Monti family.

Mike had great passion for the business and for the people he worked with. Most of all I remember the times you would have dinner or a drink and how he talked about family and kids and the joy they gave him. Mike was a true measure of success, family and friends.

I want to express my sympathy to Mike's family. It was the best of times working for Mike and his organization. What fun we had and we sold a lot as well, he helped make us a great company.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
