My deepest sympathy is shared with the family. I loved Mike's humor and sincerity. He was a big part of our lives for a very long time. He loved his family above all and they are wonderful. I will keep my memories close to my heart and remember all the stories and fun times that were brought into my life because of Mike. I love you all!! God Bless you!! I really enjoyed meeting the grandchildren and seeing my Chris and Amber again!!

I have loved the poem Melissa recited for many years, and read it at my brother's funeral long ago. I can easily see Mike saying those very words. Thanks for sharing that, Melissa.

My thoughts and prayers for you and your family. Your dad was an amazing man. The stories that you have told me over the years have always made me laugh. He will forever live in your hearts.

I recently heard this poem at another funeral that I attended and thought of your dad. His unwavering faith amazed me.

I'm so heartbroken to hear of Mike's passing. He and Sharon were like my second mom and dad growing up. I often felt like I was at their house more than my own, and those are some of my favorite memories from childhood.
Momma Moody, Chris, and my beautiful Hambone-- I love you all so very much and I know your faith in the Lord will bring you strength and comfort through this time. Please know my heart and my prayers are with all of you.
