Michael Moore, 48, of Brownsboro, went to be with the lord March 22, 2024. Services will be held on Wednesday, March 27th, at 10am at Burks Walker Tippit with Pastor Bryan Adair officiating.
Burial will follow at Echols Cemetery on Jennings Mountain in Brownsboro under the direction of Burks Walker Tippit Funeral home.
Michael was born January 12, 1976 in Tyler to Sandra Moore Tammen and Roger Moore. He was in the graduating class of 1994 at Brownsboro High School. He played multiple sports through school and excelled in them all. Michael worked as a graphic designer most of his life. He was a christian, loving Son, great friend to many and a wonderful Father and Pops to his two kids and grandson. In his spare time he enjoyed listening to and making music, specifically playing the guitar. A lot of his time was spent outdoors whether it was just enjoying the weather, fishing, woodworking or throwing the baseball. Michael had a huge heart and was no stranger to a good time. In May of 2023 he was diagnosed with metastatic cancer. He fought a hard fight but unfortunately succumbed to his diagnosis. He is very loved and will be missed everyday. There will never be another one like him.
Michael is survived by his Mother (Sandra Fowler Tammen), Father (Roger Moore), Son (Miles Moore), Daughter (Miya Wilmeth), Son in-law (Bailey Wilmeth), Grandson (Tate Wilmeth), and Half Sisters (Melissa Moore and Megahn Townsend).
Pallbearers will be Wade McIntyre, Bruce Woods, Steve Welch, David Kinard, Jacky Kinard and David Fowler.
Visitation is Tuesday March 26, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at Burks Walker Tippit in Tyler.

Michael was a great young man and will be missed by so many. I was blessed to have coached Michael while he was in high school. He was a great player, a great teammate and loyal to his coaches and BHS. I will miss Michael.
