I cherish my fond memories of spending time with your family. I think of the weekly summer parades we would attend. We all watched proudly as Uncle Louie marched by with the Elbridge Fire Department. I only met Grandpa once, but I'll always remember him and the occasion on which we met. It's weird, almost unreal, and very sad that he's gone. I wish I had more time to get to know him. I've heard nothing but great things about him. I am very thankful that I had the opportunity to meet him and for the little time that I did have with him, and he will truly be missed.
