Not sure what to say?

Mikey, Today is your birthday. 17 years ago, Mother and I each held one of your hands as you went home to God a few weeks earlier. Now, Martha, Melissa and Joe Condo each reflect on our collective love of you. Through the years, I have had this forum from blessed Joe to talk to you. Well, dear boy, 14 years without you. We have moved back home and the changes would astound you. Terry is visiting in a couple weeks...feels too much like a farewell trip. Sorry to see that he's gone. What a wonderfully civilised man he was.
I was one of the countless many whom he helped over the years. The obituary vividly brings back memories of this wonderful soul. Over the bitter winter of 87-88, his humour, humanity and expertise helped transform my INS "loser" case into a minor academic miracle, and we stayed in touch long after, sending newspapers clips etc.
Sadly, I moved around a lot in the years after, and we somehow lost touch.
I have...
