Michael was such a wonderful man who, among many other things, donated his legal expertise to assist the SLO County Historical Society. He always displayed such a warm disposition and clearly cared about people. His passing is a true loss to the community but his impact on this earth will live on forever. Blessings to the family.

Michael was our family attorney for my father's estate from 1990 till about 1995. I don't know how I would have managed without Maryanne and Michael to guide me through the process. I came to know him well during that time. Always thought the description of "an iron fist in a velvet glove" described him so well. A very special and classy man.
