Not sure what to say?

It is with the heaviest of heart that I express my condolences for the Mullenix family. My family lived across the street from the Mullenix' in Moorpark, CA where both he and my wife Lisa worked at Amgen. I still remember the time when we both turned forty within a few days of each other. Our daughters played on the same soccer team at the Arroyo West park. Carolyn took care of my daughters when I took my wife to the hospital for the birth of my son. They are a loving and beautiful...

So sorry to have lost Mike.

I am so deeply saddened by the news of Mike's passing. I was lucky to have worked with Mike at Amgen where I got to know him. Not only was he a great scientist but he was kind and funny. My memory of him brings a smile to my face. My condolences to his family and hope for love and peace at this sad hour.

I just heard the terrible news about Mike. His presence was surely missed when he left our department at Amgen. Such great memories working with him and learning how to brew beer over at his house!
Please accept my deepest condolences for your family's loss.

I just learned about Mike and I am deeply sorry for the loss. I had great times with Mike while I was a post-doc and he was a graduate student at OSU, and was extremely fortunate to work with him in California. He was a very gifted and insightful scientist, extremely inquisitive, and very steadfast in getting the correct answer. More importantly, Mike was a very caring and compassionate person and a real joy to be around. Words fail to express my sadness and sympathy for his family. You...

Mike, you will be missed. You have given me hope when it felt like there was only a flickering light. I have learned much from you. Rest in peace my friend.

With great shock and sadness, I pen down these few thoughts about a great man who had left an everlasting impression in my heart. He was a really nice and caring guy and a fantastic colleague and scientist. I very much enjoyed our talks during my visits in Ann Arbor. I want to express my deepest sympathy and let you know that my thoughts are with you. He was taken too soon and will be missed.

I am very sorry for your loss. My family and I give our sincere condolences. Psalms 145:14. I hope the family has much peace. Deepest Sympathy

I hope that in the days to come that your strength and comfort with life draws strength from the many wonderful memories and the knowledge of how special Mike was. You have my deepest of sympathies.
