I rented from mike in 1975-1980, that's when I bought the house from him. I kept in touch with him for the next 4-5 years, that's when we lost touch. I did not hear about his passing until I ran into Jake at the eagles., If I had heard that he had passed away I would have been at the funeral.

Dear Cyndi , Michael and Tyler, I am truly sorry to hear the sad news about Mike. I didn't see him often but remember running into your family at the movie theatre when the boys were small. Mike exuded pure goodness. I remember telling my husband that I was so happy, my cousin found her equal in Mike, compassion, decency, kind-heartedness, and generosity.
