Not sure what to say?

I only met Mike once but he left a great impression on me and my Niece Krysti Kotschi. He will be missed.

All the great memories of growing up cousins are running through my mind. I know the rest of the family will remember our Mike with love. My sympathy goes to Karen, Tara, Mike, Gus, Sis-Karen, nephew Kyle and in-laws. I know how much he will be missed by all of us.
Love from Leah and Family

Mike, My deepest condolences and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.

Dearest Mike: You were a great friend to our family and you will be sorely missed. Our condolences and prayers to Karen and your family. Know that you will always be in our hearts.

Good Bye Good Friend, We're going to miss you. Heather Glen just won't be the same without the "go to guy". Ed's going to really miss his buddy. You and Smokey can keep things hopping in heaven, keep the lights on for us, until we meet again. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Karen and the family.

Karen, I am so very sorry for your loss of Michael. He was a very dear patient to me, as you know. He will be deeply missed, but know he is in a better place with no confusion or pain. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Christmas 1995

We will remember Mike in our daily thoughts and prayers. We have good memories from the days in West Lawn (Chicago).

I'm going to miss you Mike, but I'm happy you're no longer in pain.
