so so many stories and memories, the Nomad, love hate relationship. Then fell so in love with her. I know you weren't totally thrilled with us turning her into a race car, but I also know deep down inside you lived it with us. I'll miss the racing stories. I have magazines for you. I'll take them home and look through them page by page in you're memory. I'm glad we were friends Cathy, Brad and BJ Belcher

So sorry to hear. Mike and I were best buds and in our Southmore Junior and senior year at school. Then we parted ways because I went off to college.

Mike it was a pleasure to know you for the past 32 years or so. You were always so kind to my family and I, just good man. I personally will miss hearing all of your stories of times gone by in the drag racing world. We always had awesome talks about the current stuff, you kept up on it all 50 plus years later. We lost a good one.

I have a lot of fond childhood memories of Uncle Mike and am saddened to hear of his passing. He was always good to our family and gave the best Christmas gifts: the Atari 2600 he gave us in the early 80s was mind-blowing to us - we never thought we'd be able to get one. He had the first VCR we'd ever seen and we were likewise blown away when he was able to pause Star Wars during Christmas dinner for us - "What magic was this?" I will always remember his kindness and generosity and how he...
