So sorry for your loss... My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time. My memories are more than 40 years old but I do recall how kind your father/grandfather was to my dad, John Murphy, who worked at Nieds Garden Center part-time for years. Mike, "Mr. Nied" to us, was a good man who always made me laugh - I recall that he gave our family a Christmas tree and poinsettias many Christmases. Greg ,my deepest sympathy for the loss of both your parents most recently your father. The happiness is that they will continue with "endless" years of marriage in heaven. Your father was indeed a character sure to make anyone laugh. Your mother would be walking around the property with her sun hat on while your dad was helping me at the counter.
