Not sure what to say?

I only met Michael on two occasions--when he was photographed for the tattoo project and several months later, when he arrived at the exhibit and his sweet smile when he first saw his piece. I remember and will never forget Michael Nixon.

Another anniversary and I just want you to know that I remember your son and also your family when I met you at the tattoo exhibit in Columbus. I also was so touched by Michael's little brother--a sad, sad time and so loved.

I knew your son briefly. Hope he has some peace now.

Hey Red,
I saw you on yesterday. I'm sorry I didn't get to speak to you. I want to express my concern and my sorrow. Your Uncle Hiram and I have you in our prayers. I will call you soon.

Mike participated in a tattoo exhibit I did at Fort Benning in 2009. He was 6 years younger then, but I still sense he has retained that innocence and big , wide grin. I am so very, very saddened and sorry. What a bright, shining spirit! Ronie Dalton

My condolences to Michael's family, rely on God through prayer and

Mike, it's still hard for me to except that you are no longer with us physically, you always put a smile on my face and now I hope you hold a smile on your face that's true. We love you Mike Nixon.

Hi, Red. I am remembering you in my prayers. Love, Reba.

Hi cousin,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I send a huge hug and a prayer that God, in time, will give you peace. I also pray that presently you have the strength to do what needs to be done in this time for your family and yourself. Much love, Candace Jackson-Rivers
