Not sure what to say?

I also knew Mike from the energy business for a long time. I have always had a lot of respect for him and I am so sorry for your loss.

Dear Kelly: Sister, Karen, just called me with the sad, sad news about Michael's death and I am overwhelmed with sadness for you and your children. My deepest sympathies Kelly and I will pray for you for strength during the days ahead. You will hear from me by mail shortly. Much love, Janice

Dear O'Neill Family,

I had the pleasure of working with Mike over the past eight years in the energy industry. I always appreciated his wonderful insight and positive attitude. He always spoke so proudly of his family. He will be missed. All the best during this difficult time.

Dear Kelly & the whole O'Neil Family,

I was so saddened to hear about Mike's passing. I grew up down the street from Mike in Chatham. What a truly great guy and what a horrible loss. I'm just heartbroken for you and wanted you to know you're all in my prayers.

To Kelly and family. Words fail us and we pray for you and the kids during this very difficult time. Our deepest sympathy.

Mike was a driven and loyal co-worker and friend to all at CME Group. He will be dearly missed, but never forgotten. We will always treasure the time we spent with Mike and all that we learned from him. Until we meet again - we love you Mike. My heart is with your family forever.

We were fortunate to have met Mike and family through our many neighborhood gatherings and Dave had the privilege of golfing, rain or shine, with Mike virtually every Sunday morning. We only have fond memories of him and his family. He will be dearly missed, but never forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers are with Kelly, Caroline, Patrick, Fiona and the rest of the O’Neill family during this long and difficult time.

Dear Kelly and family,
I had the pleasure of working with Mike at World Energy but moreover the greater fortune to be Mike's friend at WE and beyond. Mike's kindness and mentorship meant a great deal to me, and the adoration he possessed for his family was as evident as a spotlight.

I'm lifting you all up in prayer to feel peace and be comforted by memories and love in this time. Mike will be missed by so very many.
