Michael Jeremiah O'Connor

Dear Maureen, Kay and family, I am so sorry to hear of Michael´s passing. He fought so valiantly and never gave up hope. You all were such a blessing to him and I know if it were not for you all he would not have remained here as long as he did. In all my years in nursing, I have never seen a family like yours, you all genuinely care for each other and you have done your parents proud.
