It is so very hard to believe that Mike has left this world.He was such a vital, beloved, unique and brilliant man. His love of his family, his charming and wry humor, his passion for music and big-hearted nature are just a handful of the many endearing qualities he possessed. Michael was one of the best people I have ever had the privilege to work with. He was an amazing human being, and I feel that I am a better person for having known him. My deepest sympathies go out to his family. I am so incredibly sorry for their loss. Michael was truly a rare gem.

Dear Dai Noh and Mei Mei - it is with a very heavy heart that we offer our condolences to you both and to Mike's extended family. I still cannot believe that he is truly gone and our family will never again enjoy his company and shared times.
