I just found out about Michael's passing. We were TEP fraternity brothers at Columbia University.

A class act by any standard. My sincere condolences to Sharon, Abby, and the entire family.

So sorry to hear the terrible news. Michael was a true Columbia Lion of the Class of '69 who loved Columbia College who loved him back. He was a great Classmate and a warm and true friend. All of us in the Class of '69 will always be eternally grateful to Michael for all of his years in keeping our Class together through his Class Column in Columbia College Today. He will be greatly missed. My sincere condolences to Sharon and his family.

I am so surprised by this terrible news, especially having just spent time with Michael at our Columbia 50th Reunion.
He was a wonderful man and served his school and classmates so well over the years. He will be very much missed .

I am shocked and so very sad and sorry to learn from a Park Avenue Synagogue Bereavement Notice of the passing of Michael. We first met at a Young Families meeting at PAS many, many years ago and remained in touch throughout the years. We always enjoyed seeing each other in Synagogue or at professional functions and catching up.
