Not sure what to say?

To Diana and the family of Michael Oker: We were so very, very sorry and shocked to hear of Mike's passing while we were out of the states, and regret that we were unable to attend the memorial services for him. Mike has been a very good friend for close to 40 years. We shared much laughter, hard times, and good times together. I would always call him "Michael, Michael Motorcycle". And we would laugh uncontrollably when he'd "warble" for me. When he did it in public, it was a real...

Mike. Michael. Mikey.
The memories we shared: From days at the Islands, from days in Canada, from days at Cape Cod, from days in Michigan, from days at the slopes – Yes, from days of fishing, from days of bowling, from days of skiing, from days we shared a home – Yes, memories we shared are precious. Yes, memories we shared are not forgotten. You are gone, but you are not forgotten. Thank God for the experiences. Thank God for you. May God take good care of you in your new life...

Michael's advice, intellect, and experience will be sorely missed. He put a great deal of thought and heart into all of his endeavors. I valued that quality most about him and respected the determined, accomplished character and judicious attitude that made him so successful in his own life and worthily contributed to the lives of those around him. May he rest in peace. My deepest sympathies to the Oker family, especially Diana and his daughters Shannon & Autumn. I am so sorry for your loss.

We are deeply saddened by Mike's death. He was one of our oldest and best friends and will be greatly missed. Thank goodness that we have over 50 years of good memories. Our sincere condolences to Diana, his children and his extended family. Our prayers, thoughts and love are with you.
