Not sure what to say?

I was blessed to call Mike my friend for many years. Mike will be greatly missed. I know Willobee was there to greet him. Our thoughts and prayer go out to his family and friends.

Hello. I worked with Mike at Iroquois Middle for well over 25 yrs in Grand Rapids Public. I have so many fond memories of the jokes we played on each other and comiserating about school issues. My favorite memory is the day we were leaving for spring break and I was trying to leave fast. Mike and the principal filled my car up with old computer paper! Love that man. I am so sorry for your loss. Sonja Schultz-Fryer

To the family of Mike Oom, I worked with Mike at the Grand Rapids Public Schools. He was a great guy and I am sure he will be missed. Sue Hoffman Losinger

Micheals father worked for my father during WW2 . He was a second father to a very loving man . I am sure Micheal was like him and so I give you my condolences

It is so hard to lose a loved one. My sincere condolences to Mike's family and friends. I have fond memories of Mike at Wolf Lake and the fun we had, particularly his water skiing skills! I am sure he will be greatly missed.

Judy and Robin, I have very nice memories of your brother, Mike, as we all grew up on Wolf Lake. I am sorry for your loss.

I didn´t know your family but never forgot your nightmare of losing your sister Bonnie. Her death resonated with me deeply. Never forgot and often wonder if her assailant was ever caught. Just remember you´ll never know how many people are holding you up when you can´t pray. Everyone has an impact on others, even strangers. Peace.

Judy and Robin I'm very sorry to here Mike has passed. We grew up together and had many good times together.I remember the 57 Chevy Mike bought, it didn't make Art very happy. Mike didn't care ,it was his. I hope the two of you are doing well. God Bless all of your family. Tom and Sher Barrett.
