Dear Mrs. Osarchuk, You do not know me, nor would you recognize my name, but one of my friends was a patient of your husband's. I feel as if I knew Mike from everything she told me about him. Because of his excellent work as a psychologist, she worked out her problems and lifted a great burden from her shoulders. I will forever be grateful to him for that.
I knew of his struggle with cancer and wanted to express my condolences to you and your family. My thoughts are with you.
