I have known Mike & Carolyn since Medical School. Mike loved to tell jokes especially with my Dad. Such great memories. He truly was one of the smartest people I have ever known. He loved to teach our daughter some questionable habits like slurping spaghetti when she was young. I will always miss your laugh Mike! RIP my friend. Kathy Bohn

I worked with Dr Pace at Mason District Hospital he was such a great doctor and a genuinely nice guy. He would always hit me with a joke when I would get called in in the middle of the night. I am sorry for his loss and hope that all your great memories bring you comfort during this time of loss.

I am so sorry to hear of Dr. Pace´s passing! I loved working with him and spent many hours over the years talking about all sorts of subjects! He was compassionate and caring! I loved being on call with him at MDH! Bless his family and Carolyn.

Most outstanding doctor I ever worked with. I remember when he brought my daughter´s prom dress from Bloomington to work to save me a trip! We shared many interests, especially dogs! He loved us to bring our pets by to meet him. My deepest condolences to Carolyn and his furkid, Ginger Spice.

So sorry to hear of his passing, he was a crazy smart Doctor and I learned so much from him!
