Not sure what to say?

Mike,
I can still see your jean jacket you wore while hangin out with the boys at the Platts or Foxies.
You were the one guy I could talk with about things on another level.
Tell you the truth, I was jealous you got to study architecture! Of course, I could never have had the focus and drive you had.
You were a solid great young man.
Hopefully your nieces and nephews got a chance to know you.
See you again my friend and Ill build your design in...

Funny, after four years in the same high school class, I never really knew Mike until we wound up together at the University of Detroit School of Architecture. Mike was extremely talented and well liked at U of D. I had heard that he became a registered architect after hitting some bumps along the road, and so, I admired his tenacity. I would have congratulated him on achieving this professional milestone which he certainly deserved, given his talent. Mike, say "Hi" to Ruth for me up there.

Rest in peace Mike, you and all the Parcheta family are in our prayers.

We were very sorry to hear of Mike's passing. We were neighbors and friends for many years. To the family, we are very sorry for your loss.

Mike was one of my best friends from high school and teammate. He was a big part of my life back then. I am very saddened to learn the news of his passing. Rest in peace my buddy.

Parcheta family,
I am saddened to hear about the death of another member of the Prep family. The memories of those times Mike will take with him. I too have been battling cancer for 5 years now. It seems like only yesterday...all we had to worry about was getting thrown in JUG.
Gregory Papa '74

My sincere condolences to the Parcheta Family.

Walt Finnerty SJP Class of '74

Mike was one of the first Preppers that I mey back in our first days of classes in 1970. He was a great guy. Now he is a part of the heavely hosts. Rest in peace, Michael, class of 74 GOPREP!

I am very sad to hear of Mike's passing. He was a member of my first class teaching English at the Prep and I remember him very fondly. He was a delightful young man and I am sure a wonderful presence to his family. I am very sorry for your loss.
