I was so saddened to hear about Michael´s passing. On behalf of my family and myself, our heartfelt condolences to the family on your loss. May you find peace and comfort with your most cherished memories.

I got to know Mike during two rugby trips by our informal Western MBA team to Boston in the springs of 1985 and '86. He was splendid company on tour and, of course, knew more (rude) rugby songs than anyone else. Judith, Elizabeth and Nina, he was taken from you too soon. But Mike lived a whole life in which you were the most important part. All Mike's friends share in your loss. in deepest sympathy Eric Stevenson

Dear Judith, I want to offer my deepest condolences for the passing of Mike. My thoughts are with you and your family. Even though I didn't know Mike that well, I will never forget the bouillabaisse he cooked many years ago when I was invited at your dinner table in Toronto nor have I forgotten the exquisite salmon he prepared several years ago at Jean's and Terry's home in Montreal.
