I am so sorry for your loss. Mike was a good friend of my brother Steve Atkins & I remember Mike visiting the UK many years ago where Steves birth family are from & what a lovely, decent, friendly and warm man he was.
I am in the UK but Steve told s of his passing & I am so sorry for your sad loss x

I met Mick in the mid 80s and he welcomed me into his Family and friends, We became immediate friends which lasted up until his untimely passing which is still very hard to believe. Mick always greeted people with a big ole smile which resulted in you smiling back in response and made you feel better, he was a very considerate, kind and understanding man who never had any badness in him towards his fellow man. He was always there for his Mother Margaret at home and his uncle Tom in Ireland...

I am sad to learn of Michael's passing. I met Mike back in the mid 1980's, when we were at PTEC, learning horticulture from Greg Charles (Dr.Hort). Mike was a wonderful person, a gentle soul, a good heart. He will be greatly missed here on earth. Thoughts and prayers, Love and Light to the family.
