To Maureen, Eric, David, Annie and Family, the loss of your beloved Michael in a word is immeasurable. I first met Michael in the seventh grade and we became fast friends and remained so to this day. Michael was the ultimate people person. He was so kind and friendly to all he met. We shared common interests in music, vintage cars and motorcycles. My condolences go out to Maureen, David, Eric, and Annie. We lost a great one. Mike was one of the best friends I've ever had. I'm forever grateful to you Maureen for getting Mike out to California in February and giving me a chance to spend time with him. And thank you Eric for keeping the conversation and humor flowing that day (where did you inherit that from??????). Mike was one of the best musicians I've ever played with. Mike was a "Rock Star". I have some live recordings to prove it....

Mike was always so upbeat and kind despite his circumstances. He and his family were always so wonderful to be around and talk to. It was a pleasure to get to know him. I am so sorry for your loss. You are all in my thoughts.
