Not sure what to say?

Sorry to learn about Michael Pennock passing so many years later. I´ve thought of him often and used his books when I was a teacher years ago. A great educator and author.

Dr Pennock was one of my favorite teachers I graduated in 1981 and Dr Pennock was instrumental in my religious instruction I even have his book This is our faith recommended by my father Deacon Fred Simon I was one of his students John Simon He is now with our Lord

I am not family nor a student where you taught but I wanted to thank you for still impacting my life. You see, i used to despise the catholic faith. Your book, "This is our Faith" is changing me". Your clear remarkable way of sharing the mysteries of the faith are so rich, honest and insightful. I am so grateful to you for sharing the Love of all that is Holy. What an impact your obedience has made for the cause of Christ. I did a search for your name to find out more about you and for more...

Mary Ellen, Kathleen:
I was sorry to hear about the passing of Mike. I remember your family and the great days we had on Beach Ave in Brooklyn. You are all in my prayers.

MaryEllen and the entire Pennock Family-

I am so sorry for your loss. Your brother certainly was an extraordinary human being. My prayers are with you and your entire family, as I know these past couple of years have been really rough. May many precious memories help you all through this difficult time.
Love,
Rita

I haven't seen or talk to Mike in years but my dear friend Steve O'Connor [Mike mentored Steve at Angel Guardian Orphanage] back in the 60's told me of his passing. May he rest in peace. Tom Fitzgerald, Wilmette, Illinois/Loyola Academy,Teacher/Coach 1976-present

Dear Carol, you and your family have my prayers. I was so sad to learn of Mike's death. He was such a great guy. You have my love. Kathy Ivey Pennock Picozzi

What a role model for teachers! Was there anyone kinder, more generous, more encouraging to his students? Or who made us feel smarter & inspired us to become what he believed we were? Or who gave us raver reviews at parent conferences?

Mike had a gift for making complex principles accessible to youngsters of all aptitudes & levels of interest. He could be clear & concise; he also knew how to engage his audience, whether in person or in print, to the point where we wanted to...

Carol,
I am so sorry for your loss. I know it's been many years (so,glad now for that brief re-connection at the high school reunion!) I first met Michael in third grade and my memory of him even then was of a very kind person.... You and your family are in my prayers.
