I never met Michael. Of course we often thought about the Percy family. Lotte Braun went back to the US with Jim after the war. Michael sure looks like a Braun. Love.

Here's to a kind and generous soul, who brightened our lives for too short a time. He's telling stories to the angels, now, breathing freely, with a twinkle in his eyes and a smile on his lips. Miss you, Michael. -- M.

My mom told me of Mike's passing. His family was so connected to my grandparents when I was growing up (my mom is Kate Hoover). The last time I saw Mike was probably 30 years ago. I was working in a restaurant in Whitehall and he came in. I recognized him as one of the Percy boys and told him who I was. One of the last things he ever said to me was "You Hoover girls sure grow up pretty." Praying for peace and comfort for all of the family.
