I lived in the same building as Mr. Perry and he always had a smile for me and my children and a kind word. He always seemed to go out of his way to make people feel like they were important, and I will never forget that about him. I also greatly admired and respected his valued service for his country, from one soldier to another, God Speed Mr. Perry. Much condolences to the family for their loss.
