Not sure what to say?

The Micheal I knew.

Micheal was a creative, loving and compassionate soul. It brings me comfort to keep finding letters he wrote from a very long time ago. May memories bring comfort to family and friends too. I miss you Micheal.

Mike seemed to touch everyone he met. I admired his free spirit and ability to be true to himself. It's almost as if he had some sense that his time on this earth might be shorter than he would like. He was a very dear person and I personally will miss him very much. He left a bit hole in the universe.

Lumpy Studies His Next MC Route

Mike was so much fun to be around. He was such a great cook, and I loved his Quiches. I will miss him and am glad to hear his life celebration was a great event.

Ride free my friend, for now the sun will always shine upon your face and the wind will always be at your back. I will miss you dearly, but am so thankful for the rides and times we shared. You will always live on in our hearts.

I just wanted to thank Mike's family for the wonderful Celebration of Mike's life. I had the opportunity to talk with Mike about his final wishes in December and I can truthfully say you all followed his desires for the way he wanted to say goodbye to the letter. I know now why Mike was the caring and sensitive soul that he was, because I saw him reflected in the faces of all his family members. Take care and I will carry you all in my heart along with the memories of your son, brother,...

You will be missed...you were a kind soul. I hope they have a few Hawgs in Heaven to wrestle with....LOL

Ive known Mike since we were in boy scouts together as kids. When we parted company in 1975 it was 27 years before we met again on-line. He was a kind and gentle soul and we spent priceless moments together on trips to Sturgis and found there incredible men to share the beauty of the land and each other.Ed and I send prayers and thoughts of sympathy going out to all of Mike's friends and family. Espeically to Marty and Joe. There is a place in my heart that will never be filled and I am sure...

My favorite "before and after"...

Yesterday's celebration of Mike Phillips was perfectly in character with the way Mike approached his life. He would have loved every minute of the party... live music, lots of good food, and populated with all of his family and the close friends that could be there. Great memories for a really sweet, loving man!
