I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I knew Mike when he was a UAB medical student--I was a pediatric faculty member and at the time, I was the wife of an OB-Gyn MD, Robert Goldenberg. Mike was so full of life and I can only imagine how his loss at such a young age will be affecting his family, friends, and patients. Please accept my sincere sympathies.
