Michael Carey Porter, 58, a resident for more than 36 years of Portland, Maine, a social worker for more than 19 years with the State of Maine, died of heart failure at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Boston on Sunday, February 16, 2003. Memorial services are scheduled for Thursday, February 20, 2003, 6:30 p.m., at The John McSweeney Gymnasium at The Charles A. Loranger Middle School, Old Orchard Beach, Maine.
