Michael R. Potter, 54, entered eternal rest on January 27, 2024. Born in Holyoke, son of the late Lulu (Butler Besse) Potter, he grew up and lived most of his life in Chicopee before moving to Holyoke. Michael was a carpenter for JBI Parisi in Chicopee and was well-known by all his co-workers for his welcoming spirit and love of music! He was fondly known by friends as Potter or Potsy & had an infectious sense of humor. Michael had an infectious energy & will be greatly missed by the lives he touched. He leaves his only daughter otherwise known as “His Pumpkin”, Emily A. Potter of West Springfield; his loving girlfriend, Lisa Dunley of Agawam; his sister, Joann Kane & his brothers Richard & Raymond Besse; and his loving nephews & many more friends throughout his life. All services are private, and the AGAWAM CURRAN JONES FUNERAL HOME is in charge.
