Read MoreI just now saw the notice of Wayne´s passing. He was one of the first friends I made in college in Washington D.C. in 1963. He loved Virginia and the Tidewater and referred to it often. He was always a source of fun and laughter. May he rest in peace.

Wayne-O and I were good golfing friends for many years. I always enjoyed his wit and intelligence. We we went on many golf trips together and played cards and enjoyed Johnny Walker Blue with the others. He was always entertaining and great fun. I truly miss him already.

I would not change a thing from the past 15 years (other than passwords). He was not just a boss but was family. God does not make mistakes and he opened that door for me in 2005 to work for Wayne. I could write a book of all the blessings from it. We were a team in the office and at Virginia Oncology. He was my support more then he realized - Love you Wayne and its not goodbye, It’s see you later.

I am deeply saddened to see that Wayne has passed. We were Norfolk Academy class of 62 together and remained friends for life although rarely saw one another. John Dinsmore was our close mutual friend.
