I met Mike or Elder Quist in New Zealand. Although not his companion, I had the opportunity to work with him on trade-offs. He was a hard worker, dedicated to being a good missionary, faithful and obedient. While our paths did not cross after our missions, I expect he lived his life as he served his mission. My best to his family.

I first met Mike, or Elder Quist in New Zealand. We served together in several zones. He had a very quirky, fun sense of humor, and was a very kind, and wonderful man. I ran into him several times over the years, and always enjoyed catching up with him. My best wishes to the family.

Michael was such a quiet, tender person. He worked "behind the scenes" to make sure people felt loved and included. My fondest memory is the day we met together with all of the Wagstaff clan for a family reunion/Christmas Party. We planned to take a family photograph. Over 100 Wagstaffs were gathered late one afternoon on the front, sloping yard of a cousin, Ann Varner's, house.
