Not sure what to say?

Mike was a great person to work with. I had the honor of working with him on several occasions on Combined Federal Campaign events at the Navy base. He was always doing for others. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and his many friends who will miss him and his infectious smile and pleasant personality. Heaven has another angel in its midst.

Mike epitomized what it means to take care of Veterans and Sailors. The last email he sent me on Friday, Dec. 7, was entitled, "Don't Give Up". As I was reading through other emails, most were filled with songs to his loved one, encouraging notes regarding my commission, and patriotic words of sentiment. You're so missed, Mike. Thank you for teaching a rogue ensign the importance of honoring our past and taking care of our future. Fair winds and following seas, dear friend.

Mike was a wonderful Public Affairs Officer who loved his job, his installation, his Navy and his counry. We will miss him dearly. Thoughts and prayers to the entire Randazzo family from the Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Public Affairs team.

Rest in Peace Mike. My thoughts and prayers to his family and loved ones.

Michael will always be remembered as a kind and loving person. Our deepest sympathy during this difficult time.

God bless the Randazzo Family

It seems like just yesterday we were sitting around the dinner table celebrating Michael's high school graduation. Now we celebrate Mike's life and how he impacted the lives of those around him. Mike was a great uncle, even as a kid I remember him chasing me around the house making “THE FACE”. Mike's genuine sense of humor is unforgettable. Uncle Mike, you will remain in my heart and memory forever.

Tony and I have had the pleasure of knowing Mike Randazzo as our brother-in-law for almost 25 years. Tony and I first met Mike when he was a 3rd class Fireman on the USS Josephus Daniels GLG/CG-27 on the World's Finest Guided Missile Criuser. Mike remained in our lives as the children were raised and as vacations were planned. Mike was a great and thoughtful man who we will miss in our hearts and our minds forever. Rest in peace brother.
