Not sure what to say?

Raymer, I had a dream that you were in a few nights ago--I think it was on the eve of the anniversary of your death, which seems meaningful to me. I was at an event and you were sitting at a nearby table, chatting with people. You looked over and we made eye contact--and I thought how good it was to see your face. And how I wished I could sit with you over coffee. Not sure what to make of that--but it was good to see you, Mike. I miss that face. Sending you some love, wherever you might be.

Mike,
I just read of your passing and am shocked I hadn't heard earlier. I enjoyed doing the daily crossword with you on Ionia street. You were my favorite person to sit at my bar after your shifts at Bar Divani, and I'll miss you dearly.

For the first time in my life, in regards to Mike Raymer, I am at a complete loss for words. And I know he would appreciate the gravity of that statement. He was one of my absolute favorite people on the planet. I will miss him like no other.

Mr. and Mrs. Raymer, Jim, "Detroit" and Danielle, I am so very sorry.

Raymer family, our thoughts and prayers are with you. I was sad to hear of the tragedy. As everyone has said we all have fond memories of Mike and the smile and laughter he brought to our lives. He will be missed. God bless.

Mike Raymer,

You will be deeply missed. I wish your nickname for me had stuck.

What a loss! I was fortunate enough to work with Raymer at Bar Divani, and he made every shift hilarious! I am so sad to hear the news. I can not imagine the pain that his family must be going through. The world lost a fantastic person.

I am so sorry for your loss. He will be missed.

Dear Mike -
Although our paths haven't crossed in years - knowing that we will not be able to catch up again is heartbreaking. You never at a loss for words - I wish I had your talent right now to express how much you will be missed by many. Your memory will always live on for me and I am sure everyone else who knew you.
God Bless the Raymer Family -
My sincerest condolances,
