Dear Sandy and Dave,
As I'm sure you know, Jason called and delivered the awful news of Mike's passing, just this past Saturday. I fell straight to the floor - knowing the news couldn't be good. I talked to Mike a few weeks ago and had been trying to get ahold of him yet heard nothng back after several attempts to reach him. I knew Mike so well - he would've gotten back to me - I knew in my gutt, something was wrong.
