Services: Visitation Sunday, December 4, 2-8 p.m. at Collier's Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh (St. Ann) and Monday, December 5, 9:30 a.m. until Mass time at 10:30 a.m. at Assumption Church, 403 N. Main St., O'Fallon. Interment Assumption Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Heart Association.
