Michael J. Reynolds, 55, of Bayberry Road, North Attleboro, died unexpectedly at his residence in North Attleboro on Tuesday, February 12, 2008. He was the husband of Debra A. (Estrella) Reynolds to whom he was married to on June 1, 1974 in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
Born in Malden, Massachusetts on November 21, 1952, he was a son of the late George F. and Eleanor F. (Reddy) Reynolds. Raised in Attleboro, he was a 1970 graduate of Attleboro High School. He later was a graduate of New England Institute of Technology earning an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Mr. Reynolds was employed as an electrician for Emcor Facilities in the Prudential Building of Boston for five years. Previously, Mr. Reynolds had been an electrician for The Foxboro Company in Foxboro for twenty years.
A resident of the Town of North Attleboro for thirty four years, he was a former Attleboro resident.
As an ardent fan of all sports, he was a past coach of the North Attleboro Pop Warner football team.
He had an adoring fondness for his dogs Bailey, Murphy and Lucy.
Much of his time was spent working and he fully enjoyed dedicating his time to his profession.
In addition to his wife, he leaves three children: Jason M. Reynolds of Framingham; Justin P. Reynolds of Attleboro and Kyle T. Reynolds of Attleboro; a sister: Mary Beth Dusalbolm of North Attleboro; a brother: Steven Reynolds of Attleboro; two nieces and many friends. He was the brother of the late Colleen Witherall.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visitation on Thursday, February 14, 2008 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM in the “Memorial Chapel” of the 8 FUNERAL HOME, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right at end of ramp, ¾ mile on left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro.
A Funeral Service Celebrating His Life will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, February 15, 2008 in the “Memorial Chapel” of the DYER-LAKE FUNERAL HOME, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right at end of ramp, ¾ mile on left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro.
Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery and Arboretum, North Attleboro.
Children’s room available during visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his name and memory may be made to the Sturdy Memorial Hospital - Oncology Unit, Attn: Karen Messier, PO Box 2963, Attleboro, MA 02703 in appreciation of the wonderful care they had given Michael.
