Our condolances. We first met Mike when we moved near you on Slater in the 70's and became friends. Even visited you in Springfield, then back in KC. We'd became fast friends with our kids the same age. Mike was always fun to be with...an impressive and giving man. Michelle, you were fortunate to have so many years together. Michelle, so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. He was a mischievous, fun guy to all his E Scholar brothers--pretty good athlete too. The only Scholar alum who I see regularly is Tom Quigley. Unfortunately he is ensconced in a nursing home at this wife's behest, and he does not get out often. Dave Crinnion, a few years younger than me and Mike, suffered a stroke a few months ago, despite being a triathlete. I guess we're getting old. Not you of course, since you have the advantage of...

Sad to hear. I was Mike´s roommate at MU one year. We became close friends. Over the years after College we did hook for golf. I went on a golf trip with him to Kiawah Island one year. For the last 30 years I have and still live in Arizona, so we have lost touch. I will never forget him and I wish my best to his family.
