Its been a very long time since we've seen each other but there isn't time that goes by that I don't think of you because of our connection. I have known Mike for a long time and he was a great friend to me. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten. My condolences go out to his family and friends. I will always have a place in my heart for him. I know he is in a better place now.
