The Maryland Office of the Public Defender will truly miss Mike, his stories, and his advocacy.

I am so sorry I will not be able to attend Mike's celebration of life, but another commitment keeps me away. That said, I have the fondest memories of Mike from our days at John Carroll High School and through the years at reunions, wedding celebrations, our events, and the times we spent at lunch on Kent Island. Mike had a tremendous personality, with a sharp mind, and a quick wit. I alway enjoyed his and Susie's company. I know he loved his career as a lawyer, and especially the colleagues...

Mike was one month younger than me and he never let me forget it. We have been friends since we moved to Nanticoke and joined the Lions Club. So many events and meetings we did together. He will always be an important part of my life. Until I see you again Mike, so long. Allen

I've known my friend, Mike for 20 years! He also went to the same catholic high school (Carroll) butb10 years earlier. Mike loved to have people around to entertain with his wit n colorful character! Character is the key word here! He loved to argue his point despite any opposition that he encountered! Lol.
