Dr. Michael Lawrence Rimm

I have known Michael since moving to Maui in 2016 and he has always been a refuge from whatever was going on in life. He was one of the only people I felt emotionally safe with and could open up to and talk to about anything. If I was on the other side of the country and lost my meds he would find a pharmacy near me and call a refill in. He made me feel safe to talk and I will deeply miss him.

I was deeply devastated and saddened to hear of Michael´s passing. Mike and I were roommates my sophomore year at UVM Strumming and Picking suite Living Learning Center. We shared a love for music,guitar, goofing around and laughing. The summer before Mike had found Gabi , the love of his life , at a marine biology summer course in PR. So from the moment I met him he was part of something bigger than him. Twas an honor to attend their wedding in San Juan in 1980. I have lifetime memories of...

I´m so sorry for your loss. I did not know Michael but I knew, admired, and loved his parents. God bless you all.
