I am just today hearing the news about your beloved son, Michael. I am so very sorry for your loss. You and your family will stay in my prayers.

my thoughts are constantly with the roberts family in the last week. we ALL loved him so much. his sweet smile and crazy stories will be missed. words can not express how i adored him.

When I heard about Michael my heart hurt for you. I've been in your shoes before and I know that pain well. I did not know Michael, but hearing about him takes me back to my own experience. There will no doubt be questions, and perhaps not many answers. If you want to talk to someone who has been there please reach out. Healing will take time, be gentle with yourselves and know that there are folks out here who care about how you are doing.

We have known Michael since his early days at St-Rita, and he spent many many nights at our house on Twin Post. We loved Mike and he always greeted us with his unique raspy voice and a wide grin on his face. We actually saw him a few months ago at one of Nick's concert in Dallas and as soon as he spotted us, he rushed over to greet us. To Barb, Doug, Julie and Megan and All The Family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you during this difficult time. Michael was a wonderful person with strong character and great spirit. He had a terrific sense of humor and a winning smile to all those he met and will be missed by all. We love you. Although I hadn't seen Michael in over ten years, I can still hear his contagious laugh, and see that big smile. My thoughts and prayers are with the Roberts family. I hope you can take comfort in knowing how many people loved him, and his memory will live on forever.

I've known Mike for the past 2 1/2 years. I bar tended at Prego Pasta House where his adopted family (no doubt, one of many) gathered regularly. My husband and I saw him Wednesday. This is a huge loss as many people will miss his big heart and personality! He was a super nice and conscientious person.
He ate at Prego regularly, sat at my bar, along with other regulars and the staff there...
