Though I only knew Mike a short time, I knew him well. A multi facet personality, and what you saw is what you got. He truly enjoyed Life, and his kids were the very essence of his being. A friend, business partner, our loss is greater than I can say. His patients are many, saddened by the news, send their condolences as well. Our lives were truly enriched by you, and we will all miss you so much. Sheila in Tampa, Fl
