Not sure what to say?

Hoagie Mike-You were so wonderful. Always loved coming to your store after Jackson St School was out. Your were always so kind. We loved your hoagies and you. You will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing you.
Allison Dula Payavis and Chuck Payavis

My first visit to Hoagie Mike's was with my grandfather. That was a Sunday morning must! Newspaper, break and many other items. Best hoagies around. Senior year at West Side Tech I'd bring a lunch crew to Hoagie Mike's. I joined the Air Force after graduation and when I came back Hoagie Mike's was always a stop. Moved back to PA and now my children enjoy Hoagie Mike's. He was truly a remarkable man and his strong family devotion showed in everything he did. His memory will live on...

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

My prayers go out to Hoagie Mike's family. He was an important part of our family for decades. God Bless,

Uncle Mike. Rest in Peace. Aunt Agnes, Mark, Sandy and Michael, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Now my Dad and 3 of his brothers are together.

Rest in peace, Hoagie Mike. He was a wonderfully kind man always with a smile on his face. He watched my dad grow up, and then me and my brothers. I took my older children (2 boys) to get hoagies off and on during the years and he always treated them so sweet and always told them how he knew me when I was little. He will be sorely missed by many people. We are better people for having known him.

Mark, & family,
So sorry for your loss. May your many good memories comfort you at this difficult time.

Dear Rossick Family,
Hoagie Mike will be missed. We moved to Virginia 9 years ago but still came by when we were in PA for a hoagie. He and his hoagies were the best. We will remember him in our prayers.

We are very sorry for your loss and our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Please know we are thinking of you. Hoagie Mike was a very special person and will be sorely missed.
