Not sure what to say?

Mike was a very special man and friend. I was his instructor when he was learning about preparing income taxes, he also worked in the same office at H&R Block. You will be missed. Prayers for all of your family.

So Sorry for your loss. We will miss Mike at the Golf Course.

Tranquil Moments Peace Lily

Mike was a very kind and generous person who was like an older brother to me. His brother Chris is one of my best friends and Mike always spent time with us and took us to Michigan football and basketball games when he could. He was very loyal to his family and very close to them. I am praying for his family and sad for their loss. He is someone that I hope to be like and I admired him very much.

Inspector Rowley, Trusty Division. I was the new Athletic Director SPSM. Holiday Events included paying off the winners with prize tokens. I did not know where the farms were, I took my prisoner clerk, out of the gate and we stopped at each farm, Inspector Rawley also was at one of the farms. When I returned to the prison I was called to the , Inspector's office, I was directed to sit in the you're in trouble chair. I was reminded that when taking a prisoner off grounds they must be in...

Worked with Michael at the big house, always had your back, good man, prayers for the family

Extended Rowley Family, Please know that Michael and all of you are in my prayers. I had the great fortune to be a classmate of Margaret/Peggy and a number of my siblings had a Rowley in their class as well.

To the entire Rowley Family, please accept my sincere condolences on Mike's passing. I worked with Mike in Trusty Division back in the early 80's and he originally was one of my Lieutenants and later got promoted to Inspector. Was glad to see that the Department saw fit to promote him to Deputy Warden. He was a good man who we gave the nickname "Top Dog." May He Rest in Peace. Respectfully, Robert Smith (Inspector - Retired)

Mike, you will be missed. RIP
