I remember all the times when my family lived in Florida and Mike would just be looking in the kitchen window, opening the front door and hitting the fridge for a quick bite. When I heard about Mike's passing, my mind was flooded with memories of my friendship with Mike through high school and our time in AZA. Now, I find that Mike literally lived only 20 minutes away. My sympathies to all of Mike's family and friends.

I played basketball with Mike at Niles North. I can't believe it. Mike was so strong, had such a spirit and was special. Without him, so many of our lives would have been diminished.

I'm really sorry to hear this.
I knew Mike as childhood friend in the 1950's and at Golf Junior High and Niles North.
As a child my Grandmother lived on Kilpatrick and I used to play with Mike when I would visit. Later I knew him as a teammate on the track team at North.
I will miss you.
