My condolences and deepest sympathy to Mrs. Nancy Saenz & family. I will always be grateful to Michael for helping to make me a team member of the northwest campus faculty. His leadership helped me to grow in my profession beyond my expectations. I will keep him & his family in my prayers.
Respectfully,
Eduardo E. Aguilar,Sr., MFA
Professor Emeritus, TCC/NW

He was a very warm and passionate person. It was a pleasure meeting him when I began my career at TCC.

Dr. Saenz was the most concerned president among the kind professionals you may came cross in academics. I had the pleasure to give service to TCC NW campus as an adjunct faculty under his leadership during late 1980s and early 1990s. It was a very impressive experience with Dr. Saenz professionalism, his human touch, broad vision, and a kind heart. He truly cared for all of us at TCC NW campus; the students, faculty, and staff.

God bless his soul.

Dr. Saenz....a very sweet and loving person. He made his 'mark' at TCC that will never be erased.

My condolences to the Saenz family. He was a great president and he did some great things for the Northwest Campus. May God bless the family.

Dr. Saenz was the reason that I came to TCC some 35 years ago. His caring leadership and desire to provide training in areas that serve marginalized populations made it clear to me that I wanted to be part of his team.

My prayers go out to his wife, Nancy and his son and daughter. Dr. Saenz will always hold a special place in my heart.

My condolences to the Sanez family. I was a student at NW Campus in 1989-1990. One day, I got a call from Dr. Saenz office to see if I would be a student assistant in his office. Accepting the student assistant position was the best decision I have made. I learned so much from him. He became my mentor and motivator, and because of him, I ended up at TCU. A few years later, I became an employee of TCJC/TCC at NW Campus. I was at NW Campus until 2006 when he retired. I remember Dr....

I didn't know Dr. Saenz very well, but I took classes on the Northwest Campus in the late 1990s and early 2000s when TCC was still TCJC. I remember meeting Dr. Saenz in passing and at a luncheon when I received an award while I was a student.

In 2006 I began working on the Northwest Campus as a full-time staff member right after Dr. Saenz retired. I heard nothing but good things about Dr. Saenz and the legacy he started at TCC Northwest Campus.

I have said a prayer for his...
